TEXAS HUNTING NETWORK
< TEXAS DEER HUNTS > We have many deer hunts to offer in all regions of Texas. Prices and packages vary quite a bit. We have high fenced and open range ranches. No matter what kind of deer hunt you are looking for, we can give you a range of deer hunting options to consider. We offer trophy hunts, management buck hunts as well as meat hunts for doe. Most of the doe hunts happen early in the season in October on MLD Ranches for the purpose of managing the deer herds. However, we do have some properties that offer the late season doe and spike hunts that run until the end of January. If you are serious about going on a great Texas deer hunt, you will need to book your hunt in the spring to get the best dates to hunt. This next year, the new moon is on the 11th of the month. This will also coincide with the rut in North and West Texas. This will be the best hunting of the season. Click on the link to go to the Deer Hunt Listings Page Texas Deer Hunts
< AOUDAD SHEEP OPEN RANGE HUNT > This is a 4 to 7 day Aoudad Sheep hunt in the rugged mountains along the Rio Grande on the border of Mexico. The ranch is over 30,000 acres and hunting here is a true adventure. The hunt is semi-guided. The cowboys on the ranch will show you where the aoudad sheep are and give you some advice on how to get to them. After that, you are on your own. There are a lot of aoudad sheep on this property. The chance of getting a good one is very high if you are a good hunter and put some effort into the hunt. These wild sheep are smart and can climb the rocks like they are walking on flat ground. The old age sheep can get horns to 30 inches and very thick base circumference of 12 inches. There may be a few sheep that go over 30 inches, but not many. There is a fairly nice house on the ranch that hunters use for lodging on their hunt. There is satellite TV and all the comforts of home. There is a walk in cooler too. The cost of the hunt is $3500 per hunter. If you would like to receive the E-FLYER on the Aoudad Sheep Hunt, contact us at email@example.com
< RED STAG OPEN RANGE HUNT > This is a 4 to 7 day Red Stag Hunt on the same ranch as described above. This Red Stag herd was started about 20 years ago and there is now a large herd of Red Stag on the ranch. The population increased dramatically starting about 10 years ago when the mountain lion population was decreased by hunting and trapping them. These Stags can grow really large antlers. The biggest red stag on the ranch scored 330 gross inches. The best time of the year to hunt them is in September and October when the rut is in full swing and they are bugling just like elk do. This is a fantastic hunt for free range red stag on a remote Southwest Texas ranch. The success rate of harvesting a really good bull is very high over the 200 inch gross inch score. The hunt is semi-guided and the cowboys on the ranch will do everything they can to get you to areas of the ranch where you will find the herds. It really is not too difficult. Water sources are the focus. The cost of the hunt is $5500 per hunter. For more information, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
< TEXAS AXIS DEER HUNTS > The best time of year to hunt axis bucks is May through June in Texas. You will find about 80% of the axis bucks in the hard horns about this time of year. Some of my ranches hunt axis through the summer months as well. Since Axis Deer are grass grazers, sometimes we take to driving around the ranches to try to find a good mature one and then make a decision on how to get close to the herd to make a shot. It is not easy to stalk up on a herd of axis deer. They are spooky to begin with. I have many axis deer hunting opportunities to discuss with you. There are high fenced properties as well as tens of thousands of acres of open range hunting ranches. Either way, I have some of the best deals and the best prices in Texas.

< TEXAS BLACKBUCK HUNTS > The best hunting for dark skinned blackbuck is in January through March. We have many ranches that have excellent blackbuck on them. We offer both high fenced and open range hunting. Blackbuck will come in to a feed station, but they also are grazers, so they sometimes are best found by safari style hunting in the truck. Since they are a herd animal, they are hard to stalk and it is a true challenge. If you are serious about getting a real good blackbuck, you should contact us so we can send you all the information via E-Mail. We have some of the best blackbuck hunting at the best prices in Texas. To see all our Blackbuck Hunts that we offer, click on the link Texas Blackbuck Hunts
< TEXAS HOG HUNTS > Most hog hunting in Texas happens after deer season and starts up in January through May. After May, it gets hot in Texas. And you have to deal with bugs and snakes and not many people like bugs or snakes, especially rattlesnakes. If you hunt January, February and March, you do not have to worry about snakes too much except for down in South Texas. I have a lot of hog hunts to offer to you in North Texas, Central Texas, East Texas and South Texas. Prices vary and limits of hogs vary. The best thing to do is contact me first via E-Mail and let me know you want to go on a hog hunt and then I can make some suggestions and work the dates that you want to hunt. The spring turkey season starts at the end of March for some counties in South Texas and normally starts about the first week of April for all other counties. I have some of the best spring turkey hunting ranches in Texas. Prices vary from ranch to ranch and limits also vary, but all the ranches are guaranteed good turkey spots. Book your spring turkey hunt in January if you want the best deals. The best deals always get sold out pretty fast. The quail are back in the Panhandle of Texas and Rolling Plains. This year, the quail hatch has been phenomenal. We have not hunted quail for many years due to poor conditions, but this year, the quail are in good shape. We have seen many coveys of quail with anywhere from 20 to 50 quail in each covey. We have a lot of land to hunt and we will be offering both day hunts as well as season pass hunting for quail.
